The Committee on Economic Development & Tourism moved to amend the bill on page 1, section §20-19-1, in the header for that section, after the word “findings” by inserting the following:

“and purposes”;

And,  

On page 1, section §20-19-8, in the header for that section, after the word “of” by striking the word “passengers” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“bicyclists”.
